1. Reservation and Booking: 

·       Unmarried couples are not allowed.

·       All reservations are subject to availability.

·       Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting our reservation desk by filling up the web reservation form.

·       A valid credit/debit card is required to secure a reservation.

 

2. Cancellation Policy: 

·       Cancellations must be made by 6pm a day prior to the scheduled check-in time.

·       Late cancellations or no-shows will result in full forfeit of the amount paid.

 

3. Check-in and Check-out: 

·       We follow 24 hours check out policy.

·       Late check-outs will be treated as one full day.

 

4. Payment: 

·       Payment can be made by credit/debit card or cash upon check-in.

·       The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit/debit cards prior to arrival.

 

5. Guest Responsibilities: 

·       Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

·       Any additional services or amenities not included in the booking may incur extra charges.

·       Hot water will be available from 6AM to 11AM.

·       Pets are not allowed, unless specified otherwise.
